1. I ordered a vehicle decal and do not know how to apply it. Can you help me?

2. I placed an order and want to know when I can expect it.
Due to the nature of our business, orders can sometimes take up to 10 business days to ship and
depending on the time it takes to ship, it could take up to an extra week to get to you. So, while it is
not uncommon for a customer to receive an order in a week, it can take up to three. If it has been
longer than 3 weeks, please e-mail us at: support@ripgraphix.com.

3. I customized my order one way and I have not received it. I want to change it.
Can I do that?
This is handled on a case-by case basis. As long as your order has not gone to prep ( where the
artwork is laid out to manufacture your order ) we can, in most cases, make adjustments if it is
requested in writing via e-mail and a response confirming the alteration from our staff is received by
yourself.

4. Do you offer Logo Design Services?
We can do custom artwork for any application. Depending on what you are looking for, there may be
a non-refundable fee that may be eligible to be applied toward your purchase when your artwork is
confirmed by yourself. Any artwork or its likeness is the property of rip graphix and ripgraphix.com
once created and can not be reproduced without the written consent of rip graphix or ripgraphix.com.

5. Do you offer specialty films like carbon fiber and chrome?
Yes. While we do not recommend specialty films for outdoor use or vehicle application, we
understand that some customers still want specialty films. You can contact us at:

6. Do you offer sponsorship opportunities?
Yes. You will need to e-mail us at: sponsorship@ripgraphix.com and give us a brief description of
what you are looking for and your contact information so that we may contact you about further
details.








7. Can you make me anything with a trademarked, copywritten, rights reserved
or patented logo or image?
In most cases, no. If you can provide us with verifiable documentation regarding the use of an image
of this type, then we can reproduce the image or logo within the guidelines and for the specific use
stated in the authorization documentation.

8. Do you offer group or bulk rates?
Yes. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. For a quote, you can e-mail our staff at:

9. I made an awesome image in photoshop or some other non-graphics
program. Can you put it on a ____?
It depends on the artwork and the application. For more information, e-mail us at:
